Mountain of Dreams No. 0014 — Moon

The warm moon — solid amber, swirled like a tiny planet — and beside it the tallest tree in the edition, burned down the whole right edge with its twigs hanging.

The peak's summit sits dead-center on the growth rings, which means the mountain and the tree's whole life line up on one point. Nobody planned that. The wood just had it in there.

Don't wear jewelry? Hang it from your mirror. It rides with you.

Hand-burned by a human — no laser, ever. Sealed in beeswax. This piece is dw-mod-0014, numbered once and never repeated.
